Enerjisa Commodities B.V. is headquartered in Amsterdam and Istanbul-based commodity trading house, mainly active in power, gas, and environmental commodities.

As the “out of the box thinkers” of the mother company, Enerjisa Commodities represents the trading arm of the domestic and global activities of Enerjisa Üretim. Enerjisa Commodities is a wholly owned subsidiary of Enerjisa Üretim Santralleri A.Ş., which is a 50%-50% Partnership between E.ON and Sabancı Holding; the ownership structure is through the trading subsidiary Enerjisa Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satış A.Ş. Enerjisa Üretim Santralleri A.Ş. conduct power generation and energy trading in the energy markets in Turkey with 3727 MW of installed power generation capacity.

Enerjisa Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satış A.Ş. is Enerjisa Üretim Santralleri A.Ş.‘s trading company, which specializes in different segments of the energy markets. To date, Enerjisa Üretim Santralleri A.Ş. is one of the largest private energy generators by volume and the leading private energy trader company in the Turkish energy market.

Company Structure

Enerjisa Commodities is a trading company with offices in Amsterdam, Istanbul, and presence in Budapest, specializing in power, gas, and environmental commodities. We unified all our commercial activities in Turkiye, Europe and worldwide under the Enerjisa Commodities brand. Enerjisa Üretim’s newly established energy company in Amsterdam and existing entities registered in Turkiye and Hungary will act under the Enerjisa Commodities brand. Enerjisa Commodities will draw on its strengths from the experience of operating power plants, the operational business with a trading volume of more than 23 TWh, and all of this combined with values about being an internationally recognized and unconventional thinker organization.

We are active in more than 20 countries. With our global trading capability, you will have the chance to get access to more than 100 counterparties.

We are the leading market player in OTC, exchange, and futures markets in the Turkish energy environment with a trade and sales volume exceeding 20 TWh. Working with us means having access to Turkish markets and bridging global business’ with Turkish markets.
